A confused mind always says no. A sales funnel is the map of the journey your customers actually take, with every ounce of friction taken out of their path.
The path a buyer takes is not your org chart. It runs from a vague sense that something is wrong, through doubt, comparison and a dozen unasked questions, to a decision. Most websites throw everything at that person at once and hope.
A funnel names each doubt and answers it in order, on a page, in an email or in an ad, before it has a chance to harden into the dreaded “let me think about it.” One page per promise. One sequence per objection. A single, obvious next step at the end.
The result is fewer leads that go cold between the form and the call, and more people arriving at that call already convinced.

The customer-journey mapEvery stage a buyer passes through, and the question they're asking at each one, written down before anything is designed.
Highly specific landing pagesOne page per offer, built for the traffic that lands on it, not one page trying to be everything to everyone.
Automated email nurture sequencesFive to seven emails for a nurture funnel, up to ten for a sales funnel, written and scheduled in my CRM, SureContact, so a new lead hears from you in the right order without you lifting a finger.
Objections answered in sequencePrice, timing, trust and “will this work for me” handled one at a time, where they come up.
A booked call or a purchaseThe funnel ends in one defined action: booking a call, securing the sale, or whatever the offer needs, such as an application, a signup or a quote request.
Measured at every stepYou see where people drop out, page by page and email by email, so the next improvement is obvious. The first run of a new funnel or ad set is rarely the best one; letting real data drive the changes is what makes it better over time.
Run and improved after launchBuilding the funnel is a fixed-price project. Once it’s live, I can keep running it: a review of its numbers every quarter, and the weakest page or email rewritten from what they show. That’s $500 a month for your first simple funnel and less for each one running beside it. A custom funnel’s running fee is scoped with its build. Running a funnel has a three-month minimum, because a few weeks of thin traffic can’t tell you whether the offer, the page or the emails are the problem. If paid ads feed a simple funnel, running it is included in the ads fee instead.
How funnels are counted
The rates below are for a simple funnel, the kind most offers need. Here is exactly what one includes.

A longer sequence is quoted with the build. More tools than this make it a custom funnel.
Still the same funnel
Test versions of the landing page and of its emails. Rewriting the weakest page or email each quarter is part of running the funnel, not a new one.
A separate funnel
A different offer, with its own landing page and its own emails. A simple funnel that paid ads feed is covered by the ads fee, so it isn’t counted here.
Running a simple funnel, each month
1st simple funnel$500
2nd, running at the same time20% off$400
3rd, and each one after40% off$300
Each extra simple funnel running at the same time costs less. Building one is a fixed-price project, quoted on the call.
Example: three offers, three simple funnels
A free consultation, a webinar signup and a seasonal promotion, each with its own landing page and emails, all running the same month. Each stays simple: SureContact plus one other tool at most.

Funnels are counted each month, by how many are running. If one ends, the rest are recounted from the top, and each new funnel carries its own three-month minimum.
How payment works
The build: in full, or 50/50Building a funnel is a fixed-price project. Pay it in full up front for a discount, plus 3% off by ACH, or half to start and half 30 days after kickoff.
Running it: billed with your planThe monthly running fee is drafted in advance with your care plan, on the same day each billing cycle.
Drafted from your bank accountI draft payments by ACH, under a prior authorization you sign before anything starts.
3% off for paying by ACHA bank draft avoids card fees, so paying by ACH takes 3% off. I still accept cards, at the listed price.

How it runs
Strategy · Build · Deploy
Every engagement moves through the same three phases. Here is what each one means for this system.
01 — Strategy
Map the journey
You and I list the objections in the order buyers actually raise them, settle on the one action the funnel ends in, and decide which traffic each page will serve.
02 — Build
Pages, sequences, the last step
I write and build the landing pages and the email sequences, wire the booking or checkout step, and you review it all on a staging preview link with a walkthrough recording before anything is signed off.
03 — Deploy
Live in weeks, tuned for months
The funnel goes live inside the three-to-six-week window. Then it's measured step by step, and the weakest step gets fixed first. The tuning doesn't stop at launch: each round of real data informs the next change, and a funnel that started out fine becomes one that reliably converts.

Who it's for
For · Not for
Who it's forFive each way
This is for you if
You have one clear offer with a real price, or a small handful of them
You sell something a buyer has to think about first: a service, a program, a membership, a higher-ticket product
Leads go cold between your form and your call
Your business already brings in $10,000 a month or more, so a funnel has something to multiply
You already have traffic, or a plan to buy it (a new site takes months to rank; ads fill the gap)
This isn't for you if
You have ten offers and no priority among them
Your business brings in less than $5,000 a month and the offer is still taking shape (the free revenue audit is the better first step)
You'd rather not answer the objection questions honestly
You need the website itself first (start with Client Acquisition)
You want a one-off page with no follow-up behind it
Q.01What if I just need a landing page, not the whole system?
That's fine. Tell me on the call what you're actually trying to solve. If a single page is the right answer, I'll say so and scope it accordingly.
Q.02How much of my time will this require?
Very little. I need you for the one-hour strategy session, and then for a sign-off at each major update: a staging preview link and a short walkthrough recording, with a live call if you want one. I don't ask you to write copy or manage my tickets; I do the heavy lifting.
Q.03Do you offer revisions?
I work in rapid, iterative cycles. You review live staging links throughout the build process. I refine the system continuously until it is perfectly aligned with your objectives and ready for deployment.
Q.04What does a sales funnel cost?
It depends on what the funnel connects to. A simple funnel is one offer, its landing page and one email sequence in my CRM, SureContact, plus up to two tools the offer needs, such as a booking link or a webinar platform. Building one is a fixed-price project quoted on the call. Running it is $500 a month, and less for each simple funnel running beside it.
A custom funnel does more: it reads replies, changes course with what someone does, or passes data between tools through webhooks and automations, like the demo funnel that comes with my free guide, The Sales Funnel Map. Building one starts at $3,000, and its running fee is scoped with the build. So is a funnel built in a CRM other than SureContact.

Paid Ads Management
A great offer and an excellent funnel mean nothing if nobody reaches them. Paid traffic puts qualified buyers in front of yours now, not a year from now.
Your website shouldn't just be an information hub. It needs to be an active participant in your sales process, and it needs to catch traffic before it leaves.
