Client Acquisition Systems

Your website shouldn't just be an information hub. It needs to be an active participant in your sales process, and it needs to catch traffic before it leaves.

02 What it is In plain English

Most business websites are brochures. A visitor arrives, reads a little, and leaves, and you never find out who they were or what they wanted. The traffic you paid for, in ads or in years of word of mouth, evaporates the moment someone closes the tab.

A Client Acquisition System is the website plus the plumbing behind it: the offer on the page, the mechanism that turns an anonymous visit into a named, reachable person, and the audience that builds up quietly in the background so you can follow up with the people who didn’t buy the first time.

Three moving parts, one job: nobody who was interested disappears.

03 What's included 8 items
  • A website engineered to convertEvery page built around one action a visitor should take next, not a menu of everything you do.
  • Pixel tracking, when you want itIf retargeting is part of the plan, Meta and Google pixels are installed and verified. If it is not, UTM-tagged campaigns give you privacy-first analytics and campaign monitoring.
  • Retargeting audiences, when you run adsVisitors are dropped into audiences automatically, so someone who leaves can be reached again on the platforms they already use.
  • Lead magnetsA genuinely useful download, guide or tool that earns an email address, plus the page that delivers it.
  • Forms wired to your inbox and CRMAny form on your site logs the entry to your CRM, tags it, and notifies your inbox the moment it lands.
  • Email marketing follow-upThe first sequence a new lead receives, written and scheduled before launch.
  • Analytics you can readA simple view of where visitors come from and what they do, not a dashboard you'll never open.
  • Hosting spec’d to the workloadThe right hosting for your site or application is selected once the project is scoped, then looked after.
04 How it runs Strategy · Build · Deploy

Every engagement moves through the same three phases. Here is what each one means for this system.

  1. 01 — Strategy

    Find where the traffic leaks

A one-hour strategy session, then a market audit: who you're up against within your radius, what their customers complain about, and where a stranger currently drops off your site. The system is designed before a pixel is drawn.

  2. 02 — Build

    Pages, capture points, audiences

I build the pages, the capture mechanisms and the tracking, and wire the forms to your CRM. You get a live staging link each time a major update lands, with a walkthrough screen recording of the changes and an optional live call to review them. Nothing is a surprise at launch.

  3. 03 — Deploy

    Live, verified, compounding

The first milestone is live inside 14 days, and most clients' full system is ready in three to six weeks, though the scope and scale of a project can extend that. Tracking is verified against real traffic, the first follow-up sequence is running, and you get a written map of every moving part.

05 Who it's for For · Not for
Who it's forFour each way
This is for you if
  • You have real traffic and no way to name it
  • You run ads into a page that captures nothing
  • You're a service business, a B2B company or a high-growth small business
  • You want the website handled, not another job on your plate
This isn't for you if
  • You don't have traffic yet and nothing to retarget
  • You want a brochure you'll edit yourself
  • Your scope is a single landing page (say so on the call and I'll scope just that)
  • You're not ready to invest at the $15K–$60K level

Q.01How long does a typical engagement take?

Most Client Acquisition Systems ship in 3–6 weeks from kickoff. You'll have a first milestone live inside 14 days, and the full system deployed before most agencies have finished their discovery phase.

Q.02What if I already have a website?

Most of my clients do. I audit what's working, preserve what converts, and rebuild the parts that don't. You don't start from zero — you start from better.

Q.03What platforms do you build on?

I do not predetermine the tool for the job until I meet with you and understand exactly what your needs will be. As the saying goes, 'If the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.' Once I complete the discovery process, I determine what technology will be used to build your website. For the majority of projects I'm regularly using React, Next.js, Astro or WordPress, or a combination of them, but your specific use case will determine which gets utilized.

Q.04What does pricing look like?

Engagements typically run between $15K–$60K depending on scope. I don't do hourly billing for website and app builds; hourly billing is something I offer exclusively for maintenance tasks that exceed the monthly time included in a care plan. You pay for the value and the deployed system. I'll scope exactly what you need on the discovery call, with no pressure to commit.
