I record every teardown myself.
Plenty of agencies offer a free audit. Few tell you who will look at your site. I'm Jon Phillips, and I run Matchless Web on my own from Clinton, Mississippi. I open your site on a phone and a computer, find where visitors give up, and record what I see.

What your video covers
Five minutes, in this order. I look at your site the way a stranger from an ad would: on a phone first, with no idea who you are.

The one fix to do first
The change most likely to turn more visitors into calls, picked so you can make it with or without me.
Case study
An online sporting-goods store
When I took it on, the site was hard to use on a phone, the navigation was unclear, and buying meant pinching and zooming all the way from the cart to payment. I rebuilt it.
First year $552K
In net sales the first year the new site was up, with no paid ads.
Not a typical result: the owner’s YouTube channel had about 315,000 subscribers, a big audience to sell to.

Watch it tonight with your site open beside it. Make the one fix this week, and the next person who lands on that spot from a search has a reason to call you instead of closing the tab. Until it's made, everyone who leaves there was already looking for what you do.

We were sitting on a treasure trove of data we weren’t using to our advantage. We had a sizable email list but didn’t have any real segmentation configured.
What you're probably thinking
- “Is it really free?”
- Yes. No card, no call, no catch. Some people who watch the video hire me to make the fix. Others make it themselves. Both are fine with me.
- “Will the roast be mean?”
- No. It's playful, it's private, and it's only ever your own site, at your request. Every roast ends the same way as a straight teardown: with the one fix to do first.
- “What do you need from me?”
- Just your website address. No logins, no passwords. I look at your site the way a visitor would, and only I see your request.
- “Will you try to sell me something?”
- The video ends with the one fix you can make yourself. After it, I'll send a few short emails with a link to book a 15-minute call if you want help. Unsubscribe from any of them and that's the end of it.
- “What does a project cost?”
- When I rebuild how a site wins clients, most projects start around $15K. Depending on your needs and the scope, the price can be two to three times that, or more. The fix in your video is picked so you can make it with or without me.
- “What if I'm not ready?”
- Keep the video anyway. It's yours, and the fix works whether you hire me or not. If you'd rather start smaller, the free guide below is two pages.
