Website + funnels + automations. One system, one person to call.

This policy covers matchlessweb.com only. It explains what I collect when you use this site, why, who else touches it, and what you can ask me to do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
This policy applies to matchlessweb.com, the website of Matchless Web, operated by Jon Phillips in Clinton, Mississippi. It does not apply to the websites I build for clients. Each of those is owned by the client and governed by that client's own privacy policy.
Information you give me on purpose. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, website, what you're looking for and a message. The revenue-audit form asks for your name, email address, website address and the bottleneck you're seeing. Both are submitted to SureContact, the form and email service I use, and land in my inbox and my contact list.
Information you give me when you write or book. If you email jon@matchlessweb.com, I keep the email. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you chose, and shows me the booking.
That is the whole list. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no payments taken on this site.
This site uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you across other websites. It records the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you were, the device type and where you came from, and none of it is tied to you as a person.
There are no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. If that ever changes, this section will change first, and the date at the top of this page will move.
SureContact, for the forms and the emails I send you afterwards. Calendly, for booking calls. Cloudflare, which hosts this site and keeps standard edge logs (your IP address, the page requested, the time) for security and performance. The fonts on this site are served from this site, so no font provider sees your visit.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and each of them processes your information only to provide its service to me. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
This site sets no tracking cookies. It remembers one thing in your browser's local storage: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings and nothing breaks.
Part of what I build for clients is pixel tracking and retargeting. Those pixels live on the client's website, are set up in the client's own advertising accounts, and the client is responsible for the data they collect. This policy does not cover them, and neither do I, beyond installing what the client has agreed to.
Form submissions and emails stay in my contact list and inbox until you ask me to remove them or until they are clearly no longer useful, whichever comes first. I am the only person who reads them. If a project needs a specialist contractor, that person sees only what the project requires, only for as long as it requires it, and under the same confidentiality I hold myself to.
Email jon@matchlessweb.com and I will send you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every email I send from a sequence carries an unsubscribe link. There is no form to fill in and no waiting period beyond the time it takes me to reply, which is usually under one business day.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if I learn that I have, I delete it.
When this policy changes, the new version is published here and the date at the top moves. A material change to what is collected will be called out in plain language at the top of the page for a while afterwards.
Questions about this policy go to jon@matchlessweb.com. Matchless Web is based in Clinton, Mississippi.
