Wilkerson's has worked on diesel trucks in Mississippi for more than twenty years, but the new Jackson location on US-49 was invisible online: a one-page placeholder with a phone number, while dealer shops soaked up every search for diesel repair. Owner-operators and fleet managers had no way to see the services, the hours, the parts counter, or the one thing that sets the shop apart: a same-or-next-day diagnosis on trucks that sit for weeks elsewhere.
Wilkerson's Diesel & Tire
A family diesel shop's new Jackson location had a one-page placeholder online. Now it has nineteen pages, a downtime calculator that earns its leads, and a promise no dealer makes.

I started with a ten-document research pack on the market and its competitors, then built the site around one promise: Diagnosis in a Day. Nineteen pages cover the shop in plain English, with a page for each of the twelve services fleets actually search for, the parts counter, fleet programs and the written warranty.
Two forms feed the shop's CRM: an estimate request, and a fleet downtime calculator that shows a truck owner what every idle day costs before it asks for an email. A six-email follow-up sequence keeps the conversation going after the first visit.
