Premium email signature tools license one logo to one account. That model is fine if you run a single company, and quietly expensive the moment you don't.
Run three brands and you pay three times — $180 a year at the category leader for what is, functionally, one person's signature in three coats of paint. Add client work, side projects, or a team where everyone needs their own, and the per-account tax compounds fast.

Simple Email Signature is priced by how many signatures you need, not how many seats you fill. One account, one login, up to 500 signatures, starting at $39 a year, with no five-user minimum to get in the door.
The free generator needs no account. Pick one of six starting styles, fill in a name, role, logo, headshot and brand color, and the signature renders as you type — in a light inbox and a dark one, side by side — before you copy clean HTML that survives Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Animated logo styles work on every plan, free included.
A paid account is for the second signature and the five-hundredth. Brand scan reads your website’s homepage for its button color, button shape and logo, and you choose what the signature uses. Folders and search keep every client findable, a spreadsheet import builds a whole roster at once, and Send drafts the email that hands each signature to the person it belongs to, with paste steps for their mail app.
Sync groups let a team share a logo, brand color and call-to-action while each person keeps their own name, title and number — change a shared field once and all of them update together. Every paid tier removes the free signature’s small attribution line and keeps each signature saved and editable.
