Businesses in the $1M–$20M range rarely lack AI tools. What they lack is someone accountable for them. A lead passes through three disconnected apps before it reaches the CRM, a report gets rebuilt by hand every week, and when a connection quietly breaks, nobody notices until a customer does.
Through Matchless I build websites, funnels and automations for service businesses. Larger operations need something heavier: a partner who runs their whole automation stack as an ongoing service. That offer needed its own brand, so I built one.
03The BuildWhat shipped
Heavy Artillery is automation as a service, built on a four-phase Full Deployment Model: Audit, Architect, Deploy and Own. The fourth phase is the difference. I stay on after launch to monitor every workflow and fix what breaks, and the first step is a 30-minute Deployment Assessment with no commitment.
I designed and built the site in React, with GSAP motion and a dark brass-and-olive identity. One Vite build on Cloudflare Pages serves three addresses: heavyartillery.io, a Frankenstack Score quiz at frankenstack.heavyartillery.io, and the Spotter Round sales page. An edge function reads the host name and serves the right pages, and a routing check on every build keeps one site from ever showing another's pages.
Two lead magnets feed the pipeline. The Frankenstack Score asks ten questions, scores the stack out of 100 and hands the answers, score and tier straight to SureContact, so each tier gets its own follow-up. The Automation Maintenance Checklist lists 27 things that break in business automations, delivered after a short opt-in.
